Situated in the Parc naturel du Haut Languedoc, Villa La Bellevue is in a protected area of outstanding natural beauty. Surrounded by a peaceful and underdeveloped part of the Mediterranean, an hour drive from the coast, this is the perfect holiday property.
Olargues is recognised as one of the most beautiful villages in France. Its old historical centre is picturesque and there are some noteworthy sites. It has 600 inhabitants, with shops for most needs, cafés, restaurants, a weekly market.

The villa is newly build in 2006, a 10 minute walk from the village centre, on a hillside with most spectacular views of Olargues and the "Massif du Caroux" (1050m) which makes an impressive backdrop.
Situated on 14,000m² of land there is space all around. At the front of the house there is a large paved terrace, about 120m²,, the swimming pool, 12 x 6m, is a terrace below and is treated with salt, not chlorine.

One enters the house into a grand living space of about 100m², consisting of salon, dining and kitchen areas. A lot of effort has gone into choosing materials(tiles etc.) and furnishings of quality and taste. the kitchen is well equipped and all modern appliances are to be found.

The rest of the ground floor consists of the master bedroom, with en-suite bathroom and french window to a smaller side terrace and lawn.
WC and utility room.Upstairs there are four more bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house is designed to offer generous accomodation for 12 people, ideal for two families.
