The villa of 240m² offers four spacious and tastefully decorated bedrooms, including a comfortable master suite with its own bathroom on the ground floor. In total, there are three modern bathrooms, all well-designed and finished to a high standard. The large, bright living room (aircoditioned) invites cozy evenings and offers a view of the garden. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for those who love to cook, with modern appliances and ample workspace.
Outside
The garden is a peaceful oasis that enjoys sun all day long. It features a spacious terrace with pergola, perfect for long summer evenings with a good glass of wine. The large private swimming pool (6 x 12 m) offers refreshment on warm days and is surrounded by trees on a plot of over 2000 m², ensuring plenty of privacy and shade. As mentioned, the villa is set in a quiet location with its own access road and private parking spaces.

The location is ideal for exploring the region: nearby you’ll find some of the most beautiful sights of the Lot and Dordogne (you can even walk to the Dordogne River in about 15 minutes), including impressive caves, historic castles, and picturesque villages. The area offers numerous hiking trails and water activities, perfect for nature lovers and active holidaymakers. The tranquil, green environment makes this an excellent place to truly unwind and recharge.
