This terrace offers you total relaxation and privacy after a day sightseeing to soak up the sun with local olives, vin blanc or rouge and barbecue or to enjoy an aperitif before a visit to the local excellent restaurants.

The bastide village of Villefranche-du-Perigord is one of the famous bastide villages that lies in the south of the Perigord Noir region, located in the Valley of the Lémance, between the valleys of the Lot and Dordogne rivers.

This charming holiday home has been traditionally furnished with spacious rooms to accommodate six people easily and boasts a modern fully fitted kitchen with large stone open log fire in the open-plan lounge housing two large comfortable sofas perfect for cosy evenings en famille or winter holidays.

You are 5 minutes walk from many interesting shops, amenities and restaurants whilst still retaining peace and tranquility on a private terrace. There is a use of a large pool at local campsite Camping la Bastide only 5 minutes walk from the house providing you buy food and drinks at their bar. There is also tennis, fishing, nordic walking routes, sports, horse riding locally in the town, quad biking/ paint balling just outside the town and for the more adventurous among you canoeing, kayaking and water sports 30 minutes away on Rivers Dordogne and Lot.

Special Rental Conditions

A security deposit of £200 (€250) is payable one month before arrival and refunded after the property has been inspected for breakages etc after your departure.

Off-season/winter bookings will require an additional fee for the extra cost of heating oil, electricity and logs.
