Petit Pleney 5 is an excellent new addition to portfolio for summer 2025. This comfortable and well laid out 3* apartment is a great choice for families or groups of friends for your ski or summer holiday in Morzine. Above all, it's also practical and affordable!
The apartment is situated at 400 Taille de Mas des Frenes, which is close to the town centre - 9 minutes walk to the Tourist Office, 8 to the SuperMorzine lift, and 2 minutes' drive to the wonderful Sherpa supermarket (open 8am - 8pm in season).
Apartment layout details: The apartment sleeps a maximum of 6 and there's 64 sq.m of space.
Petit Pleney 5 is situated on the 2nd floor of a small apartment building just below "Pleney B" blue piste, and faces out towards the Pleney lift. At the entrance to the apartment is a hallway for coat storage. There's a WC and bathroom to your right, then the small bunk bedroom on your left, just as the hallway opens out into the spacious living space with full-length sliding glass doors. There's plenty of relaxing seating, a dining table seating 6, and a compact but well-equipped kitchen. The two larger bedrooms open off the lounge - a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with TV, ensuite shower and handbasin, and double doors onto the second balcony, from which you can see skiers descending to the Pleney telecabine (3 minutes' walk across the slopes or a quick schuss on skis!) The lounge balcony is equipped with outdoor dining furniture and sun loungers for those chilling times!
The kitchen has a halogen hob, a large fridge-freezer, a countertop oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine - plus many extra appliances such as raclette machine, blender and slow cooker). There's also a washing machine and tumble dryer in the entrance hallway.
The apartment sleeps a maximum of 6 (bunk beds 80 x 200, 2 single beds 90 x 200 and a king bed 160 x 200. Duvets and 2 pillows per bed are supplied. There is underbed storage in the bunk bedroom, and built-in wardrobes in both the bigger bedrooms.
For those who wish to drive to Morzine, the apartment has its own garage parking space, and can take vehicles up to 2m 10 high. There are also guest parking spaces next to the building. However the apartment is so centrally located that you don't need a car - and you can take advantage of our airport transfer service, for private or shared transfers - see Mountain Highs Transfers. You'll have the use of the private ski locker (Cave) which has storage space for ski equipment and hooks / space for up to 5 mountain bikes.

Pets are allowed at this apartment by prior arrangement and on acceptance of our pet booking conditions, and the fee is 30 Eur.
A fold-up cot and high chair can be supplied on request. Please note, we only provide a bottom sheet for the cot.
The apartment was classified 3* on 9.7.25.
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
Winter ski season (Dec 13 - April 17): bedlinen, towels and end of stay cleaning are included.
The Rest of the year: (April 18 - Dec 13): bedlinen and towels are included. End of stay cleaning is payable locally and costs €90.
IMPORTANT: DAMAGE DEPOSIT. We take a €300 Damage Deposit prior to your arrival. This can be paid via credit / debit card or bank transfer (Revolut preferred). We refund this deposit within 3 days of your departure. It is also possible to pay by French cheque. We will hold the Damage deposit until we have received the keys back and have been able to properly check the property. Please note the deposit rises to €500 for summer mountain biking groups and at our discretion.
BIKE PASSES Summer 2025: The PDS bike pass for 6 days costs €204 per adult, €153 per child aged 5 – 15, and €183 for "youth" (ages 16 - 25) if you buy them at the lift pass office. We can obtain passes for you at a discount of 7.5%, i.e €189 per adult and €141.50 per child, €169 ages 16- 25. You will need to book these in advance of your stay – you can pay for them by card or bank transfer in advance, or cash on arrival. After booking I will be able to send you links to the bike parks of Morzine and Avoriaz and also timetables of the summer lifts. Minimum 3 days, maximum 13 days.
