Set in 2 acres of private meadow and south facing, the property enjoys the benefits of total tranquility whilst being less than 2 miles from the delightful town of Jumilhac Le Grand with its internationally recognised Chateau.. The larger town of Saint Yriex la Perche is only 15 minutes away and offers supermarkets, restaurants and many other facilities.
Amongst many other things over the last 12 months the house has benefitted from a brand new fully fitted kitchen, a completely new liner in the swimming pool (2019) and a new heavy duty log burner for the colder months.
The house has two living rooms, a dining area, fully fitted kitchen, 3 double bedrooms - 2 with ensuite.
Externally the hoouse benefits from two patios. One "south facing" over the swimming pool and gorgeous meadow , the other beside the stone built BBQ - ideal for those perfect tranquille evenings in the sun. Plenty of space to enjoy the fabulous views.

Special Rental Conditions
Booking conditions are
1. All bookings are Saturday to Saturday
2. Upon booking a 25% of total rental cost will require to be made to secure the booking
3. Balance is due 6 weeks before the date of arrival.
4. There is also a £250 (refundable) damages and security deposit. This is repaid within 7 days of departure when it is confirmed that all items are left in good order and the house has been left in a clean and tidy condition. Any excess cleaning requirement will be deducted for the security deposit. We would ask that any damaged items are either replaced or the replacement cost will be deducted form the security deposit.
