Situated in the hamlet of Lann Rohan within the commune of Locoal Mendon, near Auray (6.5km approx.), our house stands in a large garden surrounded by small woods and meadows. The property lies adjacent to a lane off the D119 Auray - Locoal Mendon road.

The nearest village, Locoal Mendon, is approx. 3.5km. Here you will find the small supermarket, bakery, post office, pharmacy, two bars, church, Doctor's surgery, dentist, hairdresser, florist, garage and an estate agent. Its smaller sister village, Locoal, has also a church and a good creperie.

Locoal is in the Etel estuary and a very pleasant circular walk (wooded & coastal) can be found at La Forest - just 1km from the creperie.
