This charming Provence villa sleeps up to 8 and is spacious, air-conditioned throughout and has a heated swimming pool. It is perfectly situated just 15 mins from Les Issambres, Saint-Aygulf or Saint Raphaël. The traditionally tiled and heated swimming pool (8 X 4 meters) is surrounded by tiling and grass, sprinkled automatically and maintained by a gardener. The pool has an alarm fitted, ensuring peace of mind and added security for families with young children.
The property comprises of 3 bedrooms; one king bedroom, another bedroom with two single beds and a third bedroom with four single beds. A baby bed is available should you require one.There are two bathrooms and two separate WC.
The rest of the property comprises a wonderfully equipped American kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, grill, 4 ring stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker and utensils. The dining room provides ample dining space for up to 8 guests. The living room is extremely comfortable with a large corner sofa, satellite television, DVD player, VCR, books, toys and games.
The large covered terrace is South facing, ensuring guests can enjoy the sunshine and beautiful weather that the region has to offer all year round. It is especially perfect for al fresco dining, barbecues in particular!
Location-wise it is 5 minutes off the motorway, 15 minutes away from the sea (Les Issambres, Saint-Aygulf or Saint-Raphaël Frejus), 20 minutes from Cannes, 40 minutes from Nice or Grasse, 1 hour from Saint-Tropez, 1h15 from Monaco or Aix in Provence, 1h30 from Gréolières-les-Neiges (ski resort) or from the Gorges of the Verdon.
Small shopping centre (superette, bookshop, pizzeria, bakery, pharmacy, bank) and sporting center with 1km.
