Bijou - 2 Bedroom Villa Rental in Aude, France

The Lounge opens out on the south facing terrace, with views onto the Pool and Terrance. The modern Ikea kitchen and dining area have double doors opening out onto the rear tiled patio terrace with views over the garden and canal. The master bedroom offers the comfort of a large double bed overlooking the pool and the twin room ideal for children overlooks the back garden and canal. A Cot and all baby/toddler facilities, washing bath, rocker, buggy, potty, highchair are all provided on request. Bijou's bedrooms are both upstairs and share a modern bathroom with a shower over bath. Bijou's has a 10 X 6 meter shared heated salt water pool. Solar heating is used to heat the pool so from 1st of May to 30th October the pools are between 26 and 30 degrees. There are 10 sun lounger's provided around the paved pool terrace and additional loungers are situated alongside the canal and in the main garden for those that want to hide away. Bijou's shaded terrace provides an escape from the harsh sun,and is adjacent to the shared Baa Baa Bar a summer kitchen which is stocked with an honesty bar for local beers & wines, soft drinks, ice creams, nibbles and tea and coffee. Bijou is secure and has it's very own independent entrance with automatic gates and secure parking.

All of Les Petites Ecuries is fenced and secure, the entrance, terrace and garden areas are all covered by recorded CCTV. Excellent wireless internet around either of the bars and garden. There is no CCTV coverage around either pool. Bijou has direct access to the ½ acre garden and to the Canal Baa Bar and the gates onto the Canal du Midi tow path. Bijou has the a 4 burner Gas BBQ so the men can demonstrate their cooking skills. We offer local wines as we have a couple of caves in the village. We have a good selection of wines priced from 1- 9 euros a bottle for purchase. Bijou is well equipped with all essential items provided. WiFi Internet, Air-Conditioning, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Fridge/Freezer, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Cool Box, Flat screen TV with hundreds of TV Channels (including English, Dutch, French). We have a full Media Centre with (Music, Internet, Movies, Pictures of the development) Nintendo Wi, (ask if you want the PlayStation 2 instead), Docking station for iPod/iPhone.
