The property comprises eight bedrooms (4 double, 4 twins and 2 cots) and seven bathrooms making this an ideal rental for family groups and friends. The salt infinity swimming pool (fitted with safety alarm) boasts south facing terraces overlooking the river. There is natural shading and is perfect for those hot summer days and warm evenings.

The house is ideally positioned for exploring this popular area of the Perigord, famous for its excellent cuisine and fine wines. Old Bergerac is thronged with street restaurants. The area is well known for its delightful villages, castles and pre-historic sites. For Golfers there are many courses within easy reach. There is just so much of real interest on the doorstep.

The 2 main bedrooms have shared access to a beautiful large covered garden terrace.This terrace has a fridge with nespresso coffe maker and suitable relaxing garden furniture.
