The Main House

550m2 on 3 levels. Bedrooms connected with their own bathrooms and WCs. It has a large dining room and a cozy living room on the ground floor and 4 separate kitchens and 2 living rooms on the 2nd floor.

The little house
This is the small 65m² house opposite the swimming pool.
On the ground floor: 1 bathroom (large polished concrete shower) and 1 kitchen.
Upstairs, a double bedroom and a living room that can be furnished.

The house is located in the historic center of Brignoles, making it easy to walk to restaurants, bars, the cinema, or the market. Light meal deliveries are also available.

Seminar

If you wish to organise a seminar or workshop to bring your teams together, Maison Sumiane offers you the possibility of accommodating 10 employees (7 double beds and 3 sofa beds for daily use).

Shooting

Maison Sumiane offers a unique and elegant setting for your photo shoots or film projects. Both inside and out, the house will enhance your shots, photos, or videos.
For projects lasting several days, Maison Sumiane can accommodate up to 19 people.

Local points of interest

Brignoles isn't the most attractive town but it is handy for shops and restaurants
The whole place is only available at weekends and in the French school holidays

Get lost in the charming narrow streets of: Salernes, Cotignac, Tourtour, Entrecasteaux, Barjols.
Experience a relaxed and cultural day in the middle of the vineyards thanks to our partner Beyond the wine.
Visit Château La Coste, near Aix en Provence, for a fabulous experience between art, gastronomy and history.
Laze on the magnificent Plage de l'Estagnol in Borme les Mimosas.
Climbing in the Sainte-Baume National Park until you find the mythical grotto of Marie Madeleine, the sanctuary of the massif.

The neighbourhood
The house sits in the middle of this busy agricultural town and close to its medieval heart. The Jardin restaurant nearby turns out good Provençal dishes. Explore the town on foot – bars and cafés, the museum of the Comtes de Provence, a master chocolatier and a bustling produce market on Saturday. The closest train station is Toulon and there are a few buses to Marseille airport.
