Just one mile away from the village of Beynac-et-Cazenac, on a magnificent wooded hill, we offer three houses to rent separately with swimming-pools and a tennis court.

Our location near Sarlat is ideal for you to enjoy the many attractions of the 'Perigord Noir' region.

We also operate a Bed & Breakfast in our house with access to our large swimming pool.

The Linol house is a coutryside holiday house in old stones, which we fully renovated. It opens on a terrace with an incredible view on the surrounding fields and hills. Our hosts will benefit from a private heated pool located at the end of the terrace.

With its charming three bedrooms, and its two bathrooms, it is our largest house, perfect for a big family, or a friendly reunion.

On the ground floor, a wide traditional living-room is separated into two spaces. Around the fireplace, our comfortable sofas will host your resting time, discussions, games. Our host will appreciate the wide TV and the wifi. At the other end of the room, you will take your meals around a large wooden table. At this floor, you will also find the fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker…) and a bathroom with the laundry equipment.

On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms and a bathroom. The Marqueyssac bedroom has a double bed and its own terrace with an incredible view on the valley. The Castelnaud bedroom is a large room with two single beds, ideal for children.

Finally, on the second floor is the Beynac bedroom, perfect for those looking for a cosy atmosphere. It has its own place for toiletries.

The living-room opens on a big sunny terrace, which overlooks the surrounding fields and hills. It is perfect for eating-out and enjoying the barbecue.

At the end of the terrace, our hosts can take a dip in their private swimming-pool, heated in mid-season, or sunbathe on our deckchairs. It is fully secure for children.

A parking space is provided for our hosts.
