Swimming pool - The swimming pool made in blue mosaic and with a pretty dolphin in the bottom is heated by a heat pump to a temperature of 29°C, from the beginning of April until the end of October.
The baths are so pleasant that you don't want to leave them . With its 8 large sliding bays, there's always a soft heat and the temperature is comfortable while leaving the water. With a little bit of wind..you can close some bays, high temperature... you open all the bays and the house's shade protects from the hot sun.
No dust, no leaves, it's always very clean.
A shower is present in the swimming pool. Your terrace, exposed to the south, is protected from the sun, which is necessary in summer.
However, in pre-season, the sun rays arrive on your table allowing a convivial life outside.
The barbecue just requires to be lit to treat you!
A space of intimacy and pleasure! The wall at the bottom of the garden, which will be soon covered with flowering vegetation, protects from the wind.
Your grass has automatic watering in order to remain green. Under the car shelters, ajoining the house, two benches allow you to rest in the shade.
