3 bedroom holiday home in Perigord Noir with private heated pool and 80 m2 south facing terrace. The house is set in a quiet area and has been beautifully restored inside and outside. The front terrace house is closed by a gate, a child can not leave, then the pool is enclosed by a second door. Private parking and in the field, can accommodate 2 cars comfortably, and much more if you park in the driveway. Performance air conditioning in every room.
The south facing view overlooks the rooftops of the city, monuments and hills. At 350 meters, at foot, the centre and all the shops are nearby, and the market occurs 2 times per week on Wednesday and Saturdays. It is just 500 metres from the historic centre and shops 500 m.
Guests can relax on the terrace and enjoy the sun all day, and the sunset behind the hills with a drink in hand.
Baby Foot Billiard and outdoor is available, plus many board games, and plenty of DVDs. There is a ping pong table, large fixed barbecue on the terrace. Only 300/400 metres from the town centre and shops, and 500 meters from the historic city centre, reachable by a small bucolic path (or 2km by car).
