This charming 4 bedroom Normandy holiday house can accommodate up to 10 guests and is ideally situated in a picturesque riverside location, yet still within easy reach of the local village and many of the attractions that this beautiful region is well known for.

The accommodation of this picturesque stone built cottage rental comprises of 4 tastefully decorated bedrooms. There is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room on the ground floor, and the further 3 bedrooms are located upstairs, a double, bunk bed room and a single bedroom. There are 2 Bathrooms and a separate WC. There is a further double sofa bed situated on the mezzanine level, and sitting area with, WI-FI, and a TV with a selection of DVDs.

The cottage features a large open plan living room, kitchen diner with large fireplace and dining area with seating for 10 guests. The well equipped Kitchen has a fridge/freezer, 5 burner hob/oven, dishwasher,microwave,washing machine.

The extensive garden of the cottage includes two areas of level lawn for games or relaxing, a stone-built BBQ and dining area, and ample garden furniture. The river runs through the garden for 0.5 km making it ideal for that perfect relaxing holiday. This would be an ideal house rental for painters, photographers or just guests who will appreciate the beautiful natural landscape and wildlife that surrounds you. The area is home to some interesting wildlife, including red squirrels, deer, owls, otters and kingfishers.

For guests wishing to explore beyond this tranquil oasis, the town of Falaise boasts a wealth of William the Conqueror history, Bayeaux has it's fantastically preserved famous tapestry, whilst the the famous wide and golden Normandy landing beaches are just a short drive. Head north and you will reach the picturesque coastal towns along the Cherbourg peninsula.
