This year the final cleaning on the day of your departure is not included in the price:
( 65€ is payable to the keyholder on your arrival).
However,towels bedlinen and tablecloths are not included, but may be hired at an additional cost to cover wear and tear and launchy.
Occupation of the house is generally from 4.00 pm to 11.00 am from saturday to saturday.
A security deposit of 150 £ is payable to the keyholder on your arrival.
