This lovely Provencal Holiday Home is set in a very quiet, secured residential area. The property is located just 800 m from Vaison La Romaine town Centre, near Mount Ventoux. A parking space is adjacent to the house - there is an additional car park for visitors. There is a 7.5 x 15m swimming pool available to all residents within a 1 min walk from the house. The house is on Vaison's heights 10 min walk from the lively town centre. There is a supermarket a little farther from the centre.
ACCOMMODATION:
There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with large two large bunk beds that can accommodate adults. There is also a large ceiling fan in the double bedroom and a smaller portable fan in the other bedroom.
The well-equipped kitchen includes a microwave¸ a gas cooker¸ washing machine, dishwasher, a large fridge and two freezers.
The living room has a TV set and video recorder¸ plus a radio with CD player. The room also boasts a ceiling fan.
The well equipped bathroom has a safety handle near the bath.
This house is equipped with 2 electric blinds on the South and South/East facades and has a terrace of 57 m². Relax on the garden furniture which includes 6 chairs and a large rocker as well as two recliners.

However,towels bedlinen and tablecloths are not included, but may be hired at an additional cost to cover wear and tear and launchy.
Occupation of the house is generally from 4.00 pm to 11.00 am from saturday to saturday.
A security deposit of 150 £ is payable to the keyholder on your arrival.
