This luxury renovated, air-conditioned apartment is located on the ground floor overlooking a beautiful garden. Inside you will find an entrance hall, large living area, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower over bath, WC and washing machine, 1 separate WC, 1 shower room, a fully fitted separate kitchen and a large outdoor terrace. The terrace is well presented with flowers and enjoys lovely sea views overlooking the park of one of the most beautiful homes in Antibes Juan-les-Pins. There are two swimming pools with a childrens pool, a tennis court and magnificent views of the mountains, sea, and the Lérins.

The apartment is located in a peaceful and tranquil environment offering you total quiet (no through traffic) even though the apartment is close to the city centre, the stunning beaches and the harbour. In the large living-dining room you will find a polished marble floor and a large window that open up onto the terrace. A sofa bed can also be found in the living room. In the master bedroom you will find two closets and a large double bed. The ensuite bathroom to this bedroom is fully tiled with a polished travertine floor, plus a south facing window. It is well equipped with a sink ,bath-shower, toilet and washing machine. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds and also has a large closet as well as an enclosed shower with a sink. Each bedroom has been equipped with a split wall and a ceiling fans.


The apartment is situated in the lovely district of Peyregoue on a hill. To the South and west you will be able to enjoy some fabulous views across the sea with Saint-Tropez in the distance, the Lerins Island and the tip of palm beach in Cannes. You can also enjoy the views of the mountains of the Mercantour and the magnificent peaks of the Massif de l’Esterel. The complex is made up of four 3 storey building's within a large enclosed park which is approximately 1.5 acres with olive trees and palm trees. Te park is fully equipped with large swimming pool and a tennis court, there is also a small side pool for children. The small centre of the sun king can be easily reached on foot with all the shops you should require during your stay, including supermarkets, butcher , bank, bakery, pharmacy, newsagent, restaurants, and café. The bus stop with buses down to Antibes is just mutes away. A large supermarket can be found just 1km away and the Carrefour shopping centre is just 4km from the apartment.
