Located in the south facing wing of our 17th century granite Coeur de Ferme home, Moonstones is a lovely, spacious one bedroom gite offering the perfect base to explore the area as it is located in the centre of Brittany. Enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the surrounding countryside or spend time relaxing in the private garden.


This tastefully furnished Brittany holiday gite is all on ground floor level and is fully equipped to a high standard offering luxurious self catering accommodation.


The large open plan sitting/dining room has a fully equipped kitchen set in the corner with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. Both washing machine and a tumble dryer are available on request. In the living room you will find English satellite television, a CD/DVD player, selection of books, board games and puzzles for your entertainment.
The spacious bedroom with its modern en-suite shower room has a large king sized bed. It will confortably sleep 2 but a travel cot and an additional single bed can also be provided for a baby or small child.


Outside you will find your own private garden area with patio furniture, sun loungers and a BBQ. Towards the front of the property is our gated private courtyard which provides covered parking.


Surrounding the property is plenty of peaceful and scenic countryside, ideal for walking, horse riding, cycling, bird watching and fishing. The beautiful beaches of the Emerald and Pink Granite Coast are all within each reach of the gite.


Located just 1km from the village of St Gilles Pligeaux with its recently renovated 16th century church, there is also a bar and a shop that offers fresh bread and croissants which can be ordered daily. A number of larger shops and supermerkets are located in St Nicolas du Pelem which is just 10km away with the medieval towns of Guingamp and Quintin are both within 20km where there are local markets, Guingamp on Friday and Quintin on Tuesday mornings. You will find a number of great restaurants with a 5 minute drive from the property.
