3 Bed holiday apartment set in a beautiful luxury building, located in the centre of town and 5 minutes walk from the old town. The apartment is wonderfully situated on the Promenade des Anglais where you will find a choice of beautiful public or private beaches, many fantastic restaurants and two supermarkets.
The apartment is quiet, despite its location, and not overlooked by any other property. It features high ceilings (about 3m) which make the apartment very nice, with beautiful surface of all pieces .All linen needed is provided and included in the rental price. Guests have use of WIFI internet and if you are missing anything else, then we will do our utmost to satisfy you!
The building, built in 1950, located close to the Negresco Hotel, emblematic of the Promenade des Anglais and the City of NICE, and is luxurious and perfect condition with a beautiful elegant entrance with a marble floor. The airport is 5/6 minutes by taxi or bus number 23.
