Beautiful Charente-Maritime House Rental in near Royan, Poitou-Charentes, France ~ 4 bedroom House
This renovated Charente Maritime holiday house is situated in a rural village setting yet only 25 km from the wonderful beaches and coastline of Royan, it is tastefully decorated and furnished in a modern style whilst retaining the original features of the house wherever possible such as the beautiful stonework and oak beams.
The house comprises of 4 bedrooms, all tastefully decorated it also comes with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room featuring Coffee Maker, Refrigerator, Kitchen, Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Dishes & Utensils and a toaster. The large dining room can comfortably seat 8 people.
The comfy lounge features a television with Satellite / Cable, a DVD Player, Video Games, Stereo, a selection of books and ample seating.
The house also boasts features such as WI-FI throughout and log fires for those slightly chillier evenings or winter lets.
Venture into the lovely garden and you will find a decked area complete with a BBQ, and an area laid to lawn surrounded by mature shrubs.
The house is ideally situated just 25 kilometers from the town and beaches of Royan and all that it offers including restaurants, bars and shops the house is also perfectly situated to enjoy other various activities such as horseback riding, walking, there is a Bowling center and a Sports & Adventure activity center nearby, sailing and freshwater fishing can be found locally as well as tennis, golf and surfing.

- The Palmyra and zoo are also close
- Visit the vineyards of Cognac and Pineau. Some visits to major Cognac houses such as Martel, Hennessy ... truly worth. A more personalized from a producer of Cognac and Pineau tasting can also be arranged
- The islands of Oléron, Ré and Aix are nearby. In addition to the island of Oleron, sand yachting on a beach access via a train can be arranged
- La Rochelle and towers of Old Port 80km (boat to Fort Boyard)
- Golf Saintes is located 17km, 33km to the Royan
- Futuroscope is at 1:30
- Local products also deserve your attention, both the vineyards of Cognac and Pineau Luchat around the oyster beds of Marennes Oléron oyster villages located in less than 20 minutes
