Beau Rivage is the PERFECT holiday home for extended and multi-generation families, milestone celebrations (we've all missed this past year!) or groups of friends finally being able to holidaying together after such a long time apart - our villa really is the ideal spacious holiday home near sand beaches, lots of fun family attractions and village location so great for evening meals out (no car journey necessary) or early morning strolls with the kids for croissant pickups! We host a number of great 'home from home' touches making your stay super comfortable, easy and enjoyable.
Our 6 bedroom (4 double bedrooms) villa offers lots of character, charm and easy spacious living. Sleeps 15 + babies - 4 double bedrooms, 1 triple room, and 1 quad room (with 2 sets of bunk beds), 3 bathrooms, (4 x WC's), spacious open plan sitting room/dinning area, kids gaming area (xbox & wii console), large play-room and relaxed large dining area/terrace with chimney BBQ overlooking the private & secluded garden with fenced pool, and hot tub.
Best of all, it's just a 2 min walk from the lively village which offers weekly street markets, bars/cafes & restaurants, and a few mins drive to sandy 'Blue Flag' beaches and has a toddler park next door...! This villa is in the ideal location for families wishing to have all modern facilities & amenities close by.
For families with babies/toddlers - children's crockery, cutlery, a travel cot, changing mat, high chair and pushchair are all supplied complimentary. The villa also is equipped with external shutters for all bedrooms to eliminate bright morning awakenings! For the slightly older kids, a super play-room filled with exciting games and toys.
And for the grown-ups - Peace of mind that the kids are entertained in a safe, fun environment, babysitting and maid service available to really help you have the holiday you deserve - internet access for planning tomorrow's family fun adventure, Nespresso coffee machine for a sublime espresso each morning, each children's room is fitted with shutters to encourage your little angels to sleep just that little bit longer in the mornings, an Xbox 360 for a friendly game of tennis with your family and friends & of course..... plenty of wine glasses in the cupboard

The garden and terrace......
The south-facing terrace is ideal for a relaxed family breakfast or an evening BBQ family get-together.
Partially laid to lawn, mature plants, trees, shrubs, and flowers surround the garden. A chimney-style BBQ has been provided to ensure that you can cook outside in style, whilst enjoying your afternoon Pimms on the terrace.
Next to the villa is a park/playground for the little ones to enjoy. It has a large grassed area, slide, double swing set, see-saw and great large climbing frame so more hours of fun for the kids on this holiday.
The private heated and fenced swimming pool and hot tub
The 23ft x 13ft heated and fenced swimming pool is a depth of 1.25m throughout. Sitting on the terrace you can watch the fun in the pool, the sunset or admire the beautiful village steeple whilst dining with your family and friends. The garden is partially laid to lawn and fully enclosed.
The swimming pool is heated and a thermal cover is supplied to maintain heat overnight. The swimming pool is cleaned and monitored regularly to ensure the highest standards of health and hygiene are maintained at all times.

Beau Rivage has six bedrooms. (Sleeps 15 + babies) Each master bedroom and children's room are in distinctive areas allowing plenty of privacy when families are sharing. All bedrooms have solid wooden shutters for a restful nights sleep.

Beds are made up ready for your arrival for each guest named on the booking form. In addition, you can hire large 100% cotton towels for the beach/pool (saves that bit of extra room in the case!) and we also offer daily maid service (at a supplement) so your beds can be ready for you to slip into after a hard day at the beach or around the pool..!

Beau Rivage has a fabulous play-room stacked with toys just waiting for your kids! Train set, building blocks, farm animals, dolls house, dressing up clothes and princess shoes, to classic family board games and Disney or animal puzzles plus 'Chateau Themed' indoor toddler's ball pit and HUGE chalkboard :)
We cater too for the very little ones, especially for babies up to toddler age, with interesting and fun toys to keep them entertained. If you do experience a rainy day, then we have thought of that too..... There are fun activities to do as a family, such as making and decorating cupcakes, colouring in fun activity sheets, sticker books, big busy fun worksheets with mazes, word searches, spot the difference, doodling and drawing.
Baking fun - In Beau Rivage, you will also find child-friendly, colourful and fun baking equipment so the kids can really have some fun on holiday making a mess! Choose your favourite cupcake from one of the many wonderful recipes supplied in an easy to follow recipe binder that we are sure the kids, and of course the parents, will love!
Colouring corner - Kids can relax in the evening and enjoy colouring and drawing on the kitchen table - 'Best Friends doodles' express the joy of friendship with its cool pictures to create, colour and complete. All colouring pencils included so the kids can have a creative relaxing time enjoying drawing the best parts of their holiday!
Gaming - The Xbox 360 and Wii console are great fun for family dance competitions, tennis or keep fit programmes. We supply family games but do remember to bring your favourite from home too.

Next door to Beau Rivage we have a wonderful park with swings, slide, climbing frame and large grassed area for a family game of rounders...! You can see Beau Rivage in the background!
Beau Rivage is ideally located just a couple of minutes walk to the wonderful village of Longeville sur Mer with all of its great amenities, and just a 5-minute drive to wonderful sandy beaches and a short drive to lots of great attractions for the whole family to enjoy.
The villa is only a couple of minutes stroll from the centre of the village, which has a large street market on both Monday and Friday mornings in the months of July and August - an excellent opportunity to sample much of the locally produced food, including cheese, meat, fish and wine.
The village of Longeville sur Mer has an Office de Tourisme, a post office, banks, a hairdresser, a beauty salon, florist, pharmacy, cafés/bars and restaurants, two butchers, a fishmonger, a fruit & vegetable shop and of course a cave for you to purchase local wine. There is also a Hype Supermarket just on the outskirts of the village, 5minutes away by bike!
In the summer months, Longeville sur Mer organises special events in the square including fun days, evening entertainers, jazz and blues nights, firework displays and night markets. You can sit with the locals and enjoy Moules and Frites, listening to a band watching the kids dance to their heart's content.
Located so close to the village, you can visit in the evenings to one of the restaurants, or stroll down in the morning to pick up your fresh croissants and baguette.
