Lac Vert, with its sandy beach, water sports, and recreational areas, is just a 6-minute walk, and the village of Catus is only 20 minutes on foot via a scenic trail. The picturesque village of Catus hosts weekly French outdoor markets in the centre, where you can find local delicacies and fresh produce, from over 25 different vendors in the area.

The upper floor features spacious open-plan living areas, with double doors leading out to the upper terrace and lake views. The stylish dining table seats 6 guests. The lounge has comfortable seating around a Smart TV. There is also a Sonos speaker and fast wifi is installed throughout the property.

Beautiful exposed beams are overhead, and elegant ceiling fans keep the house cool and comfortable during the summer.

The well equipped kitchen has lots of counter space, an oven with induction hob, a fridge freezer, dishwasher, a microwave, and a wine fridge, as well as high quality crockery and small appliances such as a Nespresso coffee machine.

One double bedroom with super king sized bed (180×200 cm) is located on the upper floor, with double doors that lead out to the upper decked terrace with lake view. This bedroom also has a convient ceiling fan. There is an adjacent bathroom with a bathtub and shower head fixed above, and a separate WC with hand basin. A new shower door will be fitted in this bathroom.

Another double bedroom is located on the ground floor, also with super king sized bed (180×200 cm). There is also a twin bedroom on this floor. These share a shower room with WC and hand basin.

A cot and a high chair are also available. A washing machine is available on the premises.

OUTDOORS, the main feature is a 6 x 5.5 metre alarmed swimming pool surrounded by a secluded patio with 6 brand new sun loungers and an extendable outdoor dining table seating 6 guests. From here, guests have a stunning and private lake view of the Lac Vert of Catus.

Also enjoy the lush green surroundings and lake view from the upper terrace, accessible via double doors from the lounge and dining areas of the house. With its wooden decked floor, the terrace overlooks the pool patio below and the lake beyond. There is a large outdoor sofa for relaxation.

A large charcoal barbecue is available for alfresco dining. A table tennis table is also provided.

Private off-road parking is available for a few vehicles.
