Elegantly furnished 3 bedroom 100 sqm duplex apartment, comprising 2 terraces with wonderful sea views over the bay of Cannes and the Lerins islands. 

This apartment is set in 60 acres of lush gardens with 2 pools (plain and sea water) and provides a superb holiday with both friends and family. There is so much on offer for guests, including tennis, ping pong, playground, sauna, fitness room, "petanque" area, basket ball court. For kids, it is very secure (fenced and guarded), with life guards on one of the 2 the rocky beaches and at one pool in the high season.

The apartment is situated 3 km from the village of Théoule sur Mer, with fantastic beaches and a good selection of shops. Port la Galère is well positioned about 15 km from Cannes, famous for its glitzy atmosphere, and just 40 km from Nice and its international airport. The property is very easily accessible, and away from the busy roads.


Accommodation:

The apartment is set on 2 levels.

On the lower level it has a large living-room with a fireplace, and a fully equipped open kitchen and dining area, and a terrace with sun loungers, table and chairs for meals for 6 people.
It also has bedroom that can be either double a single, a separate guest toilet with washbasin.

The 2 main and larger bedrooms are on the higher floor. Both rooms are about 16m2 and both have a fabulous sea-view and a shared terrace, with a sun-lounger and table and chairs for 2 to 4 people.
One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a large bath tub and shower and double sink and toilet. In the second bedroom, there is a shower room with toilet and single sink.
There is also a small laundry room equipped with a large capacity washer and dryer, iron and board, etc.

The apartment features Wifi internet access, air-conditioning in both of the main bedrooms and a ceiling fan in the lower bedroom which is cooler.
2 more fans are provided, as well as hairdryers.

The apartment has got a good heating system for winter rentals (electric radiators and reversible air conditioning units), as well as an open fireplace in the sitting room.

Port-La-Galère offers a wide range of activities as it's located by mountains and sea;

- In the 'Winter club' area: heated pool (from Easter onwards approx, 18 metres long), sauna, fitness room, bar, and excellent restaurant. You can book massages in the high season (for a fee).

- By the 'Summer club', and its large sea water pool and the paddling pool, you can enjoy sun loungers, the pool bar and restaurant, water games, and a little market where you can order bread, croissants and international newspapers (in high season)

- You can enjoy the 2 rocky beaches (with showers) and floating platform (in the summer).

- 2 tennis courts, and children will also like the basket ball pitch, playground, ping pong tables, 'pétanque' area, and the older children can go to the domain disco (July and August)

- There is also a fenced area dedicated to dogs.
