Domaine Saladry is 20 & 50mins from Carcassonne & Toulouse airports respectively. It is 20mins from Carcassonne's medieval Cite and it is 600m from the 350 year old Canal du Midi at Villepinte. Slightly further afield are the Mediterranean beaches and natural parks near Narbonne (45mins)and the high Pyrenees (60mins). Toulouse is approx. 1hr and Barcelona approx2.5/3 hrs

The Domaine has been lovingly renovated in 2014/15 to provide 2, 3, and 4 Bedroom Gites plus a large 14x7m freshwater unheated pool.

Completed to a high standard, all the interiors feature terracotta floors and exposed stone with ancient beams, wood burners and open fires. Furnishings are a high quality mix of Antique and Vintage/Retro with original artworks and quirky pieces. All kitchens are comprehensively equipped for full catering and all linens are Hotel quality with fluffy towels and crisp cotton sheets.

Our 3 bed Gite offers great accommodation for an extended family or group of friends with a separate downstairs Double bedroom with ensuite and Double and twin bedrooms upstairs with bathroom.

Downstairs double bedroom (3.7 x 3m) with en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and WC (2 x 2m)
Archway to open plan living area (5 x 8m) comprising kitchen, dining and lounge area with wood burning stove, WIFI.

Upstairs to front large double bedroom (6 x 4m) with space for additional bed if required, rear twin bedroom (3 x 4.4m) and bathroom with shower, sink and WC (2 x 2m)

Our Pool is next to the orchard; positioned at the top of the property for the best views and cooling summer breezes, it is large at 14x7m, and at up to 1.5m deep; you are able to have a proper swim. Fully fenced and secure with loungers, parasols, shady pine trees and a poolhouse with toilet/changing/ shower/sink/fridge and seating, many guests spend the whole day here - we even have a hammock for a lazy snooze.

There is a large Hangar in the grounds (170m2), ideal for relaxing in the shade or playing a game of table tennis, darts or bar football. There are numerous tables and chairs in the grounds, these are ideal for al-fresco lunches, evening BBQ's or just relaxing with a book. With 360deg views, lots of wildlife, and mature grounds, our aim is to both give the kids space to play, and the adults a chance to relax. We live at the Domaine and will be happy to help our guests with any queries they have about places to visit, suggested itineraries, tours, or restaurants. We have many local maps and guides on hand for you to borrow. As long as we have prior notice, we will be happy to help you with any aspect of your holiday. We also have plenty of books and board games that can be borrowed - all we ask is that you look after them and return them.
