The house includes a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining area and lounge. A refrigerator, hob, oven, microwave , dishwasher, dishes & utensils, pantry items, coffee maker and toaster can be found in the kitchen. The lounge area has seating with a TV with satellite / cable, in the dining area there is a table with seating for up to 8 people with a child’s high chair if required.

The double bedroom is found on the ground floor with French windows opening onto a terrace. The other two are up stairs, one with a single bed and the other has two single beds. There are two bathrooms, one shower room downstairs and the larger bathroom with sink bathtub and WC upstairs.

Outside is the terrace with the lawn and garden. There is a BBQ that you are welcome to use during your stay

In a region of exceptional heritage Penmarch is the ideal base for discovering the many attractions like the Pointe du Raz and Pointe du Van, Douarnenez and Locronan, Quimper, Concarneau and its walled city and the archipelago Glénan. Penmarch is dominated by the famous lighthouse Eckmuhl, where at 65 meters the fantastic panoramic views from the top are a must to take in all of the beautiful surroundings. Local cuisine, fish and seafood, pastries and pancakes will be found in the many restaurants of the town. There is an alternation of long sandy beaches and rugged coastline, beach of Pors Carn and Pointe de la Torche (surf), the famous rocks of Saint Guénolé, long beach Steir (sailing club). A number of hiking trails are on offer for you to challenge. With its strong maritime heritage you will find the fishing ports of Saint Guénolé and Guilvinec (center of maritime discovery Haliotika) and the small marina Kerity.
