Situated in the historic heart and most colourful parts of the French Riviera, Villa Dusset is ideal for families. This 3 house property accommodates up to 10 persons. The villa is always rented out to one party of guests so whether you want to only rent 2 house for 8 persons or 3 houses for 10 you will always have the whole property for yourself.

The Old House.This recently renovated, charming old stone house is approximately 125 m2 and can be rented separately for 4 persons. Inside, you will find a large living room with beamed ceilings and a fireplace. Joining onto the living room there is a rustic style dining room with its stone walls along with a well equipped country kitchen where everyone can enjoy cooking. The house sleeps 4 people in two bedrooms with connecting shower and toilet. One bedroom can be found on the ground floor with two single beds with the other upstairs with its double bed and a lovely terrace for enjoying the morning sun.

The Round House.Inspired by the old house, this house is set across 2 floors of 75 m2 and can be rented separately for 4 persons.
On the entrance level in the Old House you will find a welcoming open kitchen with dining area for 4 to 6 people and connecting shower room. Here you also find a large room that is combined living room and double bedroom with large patio doors onto the courtyard. A second round and nice bedroom for two people with double bed is to be found upstairs.

The AtelierA lovely “private” studio for 2 persons of about 20 m2 is situated in the pool area. This little gem offers a small ”wine room” / living room and a section with a double bed 140 cm wide. When living here You will use the outside shower as well as the general guest WC. This hideaway also offers air condition and heating as required.

Outside, our guests can enjoy the fantastic garden with its relaxing areas and lush vegetation to the high hedges and another connecting part geared for fun and games. You may want to spend your days relaxing around the pool, our pool is 12 x 5 meters wide and 180 cm deep and is heated to at least 25 degrees from April to October. You will find both sun beds, tables with chairs and a shaded pergola to suit your needs. Outside you will also find the spacious pool house with its large dining table for 8 -12 people and an outside ”kitchen” where our guests can prepare the meals of the day. At night time this is the perfect spot to light a fire in the fireplace and enjoy the peace andtranquillity, only with the sound from the water in the pool.
