Self catering holiday rental apartment in Cap Esterel, France

Lovely apartment facing the Bay of Agay and the Esterel. Renovated 40 sqm property which sleeps 6/7 people.

South-east facing and comprises 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, loggia of 13 m², large bay window 5 meters totally open, windows to rear overlooking hills bringing freshness. Direct access to hiking trails in the Esterel.

Situated on the first floor overlooking the pool at the bottom of the hamlet. Entrance from the south-facing loggia (sun until about noon). Living room with seating area with 2 sofa bed and a folding bed which is under one of the seats and can do a sleeping 7th. HD 72 cm TV with USB plug and possibility of a computer. The dining area features a table with 6 chairs. Corner kitchen with grill, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and electric hotplate 4 fires. Sshower room with toilet and 1 bathroom with tub and sink, hair dryer. Large closets with sliding doors in the hallway and bedroom. Aa bedroom with large mirror dresser and bunk beds and children's chairs tablet rabattante. Additional room with 2 single beds and bedside tables, and a safe.

In summer, the balcony is great for al fresco dining.
Guarded covered, reception open 24 hours.

Easy Access to the village and the beach of Dramont. Supermarket (Super U), many shops and restaurants nearby.

Evening entertainment every night (free entertainment), fitness classes, dance (3-4 free classes a day).

Possibility to practice catamaran (internships) or sea kayaking at the beach of Agay.

Children's club 0-18 years, baby sitting, home specific to teens 16 to 20 years (with the SPOT dedicated evenings).

Other features include:

- Electric heating with radiators in each room.
- Synthetic duvets and synthetic pillows new (changed annually).
- Blackout curtains.
- No air conditioning but possibility of an air current with fresh air from the hill: The apartment is in the shade from noon and is not too hot during summer months.
- 3 kg washing machine but laundry at the reception and also large washing machines and dryer at the reception.

- Possibility of linens (sheets, pillowcases and duvet cover, towel and bath towel, tea towels)

Refundable Damage Deposit €500.

NO OBLIGATION TO PAY CLEANING FEE OF 50 EUROS, VISITORS CAN CLEAN THE APARTMENT THEMSELVES IF THEY WISH TO INSTEAD.

TOWELS/BED LINEN - CHARGE OF 30 EUROS, OR PROVIDE YOUR OWN.

Possibility of linens (sheets, pillowcases and duvet cover, towel and bath towel, tea towels).
