Le Mas Felicia - Charming Holiday House in Cotignac, Var

Le Mas Felicia is an independent, comfortable house offering accommodation for up to 4 guests. It is surrounded by beautiful gardens filled with olive trees, rose bushes and Mediterranean spices. The garden is very spacious and enclosed. The property, at 7 000 m2 total, has a private entrance and offers private parking.

Le Mas Felicia comprises a loft bedroom with a large double bed, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, grill and cooking utensils. There are also some pantry items provided. The dining room comprises seating space for up to 6 guests and the living room has a large sofa (convertible to a double sofa bed) satellite television, books and board games. There is wifi throughout the property, as well as central heating.

Towels and linen are supplied. There is the possibility of adding an additional single bed in the large living room. Outside, guests can enjoy the two lovely terraces offering sunshine all day long, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue (charcoal). There are mosquito nets on all the windows. 

Cotignac is an hour drive from Aix en Provence or Toulon (Hyères or airport) and an hour and a half drive to Nice, Marseille or Saint Tropez. It is half an hour from the Gorges du Verdon and Lake St. Croix (beaches, water sports, hiking, climbing) and the foothills of the Alpes de Haute Provence.

Cotignac is a typical Provençal village nestled against a cliff in the middle of wooded hills and plains covered with vineyards and olive groves, traversed by small rivers and waterfalls. The property is just a 10 minute walk into the village, which is busy with plenty of shops and restaurants.

Le Mas Felicia is ideal for exploring and discovering several picturesque villages, varied landscapes and enjoy many sports, cultural or gastronomques either inside the country or in the highlands, on the shores of lakes and rivers or along the Mediterranean.

Prices are for two people per week rental.
IF AN EXTRA PERSON: 30 euros per person per week.
