The Domaines de St Endréol is a superb golf and spa complex within 150 hectares of extraordinary scenery, just 20km from Frejus and the coast.It is made up of 80 high quality properties including 3, 4 and 5-bedroom villas with private pools plus semi-detached houses and apartments with access to two shared outdoor swimming pools. All properties have use of tennis courts, gym (both payable) and indoor pool. There is also an on-site restaurant and bar.

The town houses are semi-detached on two levels either ground floor and garden level or ground floor and first floor. All houses have air conditioning in the bedrooms and an enclosed furnished terrace or a private garden.

St Endréol is well located for exploring both the Riviera coast and inland Provence. It is situated just a short drive (4km) from the pleasant market town of Le Muy, where there is access to the motorway that links Nice and Aix en Provence (both a 75-minute drive away). The bustling town of Draguignan (15km) is excellent for shopping, markets and visiting museums.

The spa facilities include steam room, relaxation room and sauna as well as health and beauty treatments.

The 18-hole riverside golf course is renowned both nationally and internationally for its excellent course, as well as the idyllic surroundings. The course can be challenging with undulations and water obstacles but does not present any major difficulties. Players with a handicap of up to thirty are welcome.

Living area         

Living/dining room with sofa and armchair (may vary from one house to another), Satellite TV and open fireplace. Dining area. Furnished terrace. Safe.

Kitchen

Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, 3 gas and one electric hobs, kettle, coffee machine, toaster. Washer/dryer. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms

The three bedrooms are located on both levels and comprise either two doubles with Queen size beds (160cm) and a twin or a double with a Queen size bed (160cm) and two twins. One bedroom has a balcony. If you require a particular bed configuration (doubles/singles), please request at time of booking. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

Bathroom

Bathroom with bath. Shower room with shower. Two separate wc’s, one on each floor. Hair dryer on request at Reception (20€ deposit).

Exterior

Garden with terrace, outdoor furniture and two sun-loungers. A few houses have an enclosed garden. Parking space near the property (between 10m and 50m) plus additional parking space.

Pools    

Large shared outdoor pool size: 20 x 10m. Security system: fence. Ladder. Pool opening: From May to October (depending on weather conditions).

Second shared outdoor pool: 15 x 8m. Security system: fence. Pool opening: From May to October (depending on weather conditions).

Indoor pool. Pool depth: 1.35m throughout. Steps.

Changeover days

Saturday or Wednesday (15/5/21 to 17/9/21). Outside these dates any day arrival (except Sunday). Check-in between 4-7pm. Late arrivals can be arranged but must be requested at least a month in advance). Check-out before 10am.

Included in the rent

  • Bed linen, towels and tea towels.
  • Beds are made up for arrivals between November and April.
  • Electricity, gas and water.
  • Final cleaning (crockery must be cleaned and put in order).
  • Mid stay cleaning for 2-week stays.
  • One Spa access for 2 hours per person per day (Monday to Friday) (+16 years old).
  • One hour tennis court hire per week per property (booking compulsory and subject to availability).

Other compulsory charges (payable locally)

  • Security deposit: 700€ (payable by card imprint).
  • Holiday tax (Taxe de séjour): 1.10€ per person per day (18 years +).

Optional prebookable extras (payable on arrival)

  • Spa access on Saturday and Sunday (16 € per person).
  • Golf green fee: 60€.
  • Baby pack (cot, bed linen and high chair): 35€ per week (subject to availability).
  • Beds made up on arrival: 50€.
  • Cleaning service: 30€ per hour (minimum 2 hours).
  • Pets (maximum one per property): 55€ per week. (A vaccination certificate maybe required so please ensure that you have the relevant paperwork).

Saut du Capelan, La Motte (6km)
A very pretty and impressive 22m high water fall just outside the lovely Provencal village of La Motte. La Motte and the whole area are very charming and rather green. You will enjoy wondering around the pretty little streets in the village and discover the village’s hidden treasures with its many squares, fountains and market on Friday mornings.

Draguignan (15km)
The nearest large market town with lots of opportunities for shopping, enjoying local markets and visiting museums.

Lorgues (25km)
Pleasant little town with old streets, squares, old fountains, a great unmissable market on Tuesday and several restaurants.

Flayosc (21km)
Medieval Provencal village with great views over the surrounding countryside and vineyards.

Frejus, Saint-Raphael (19km)
This lively seaside resort is an ancient military port and Roman city with a rich historical and architectural heritage. You will find some superb Roman remains including a Roman theatre still used for various summer events and one of the largest amphitheatres from Gallic times.

Salernes (40km)
Small Medieval and artistic town set in the Bresque valley known worldwide for its red hexagonal terracotta tiles made from the surrounding rich red iron filled soil.

Sainte Maxime (26km)
Located on Saint Tropez bay, Sainte Maxime faces the Mediterranean sea on one side and is sheltered from the by the wooded Maures mountains. There is a choice of lovely beaches in and around the resort including the long and sandy La Croisette beach and La Nartelle. There are also private beaches with restaurants available.

Lac de Ste Croixe & Gorges du Verdon (60km)
The spectacular Verdon gorges should not be missed. Nearby are several lakes including Sainte Croix and Esparron, a stunning lake of clear, aqua-marine water for amazing swims and a great place to have picnics by. Plenty of water sports available from sailing, windsurfing but also pedalos to the self-drive electric boats or the guided tour of the lake in a tourist boat. Other lakes include Quinson, Artignosc and Castillon with water sport and various activities such as hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, kayaking, abseiling and white water rafting, or simply enjoy the outstanding scenery.
