Both bedrooms are on the ground floor - cooler in the hot summer nights! One bathroom is also downstairs.
Upstairs is an airy open plan kitchen and living area and the second bathroom and toilet. The living area leads directly onto the patio and garden.

This fully equipped gîte includes a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, etc.
Outside furniture and a BBQ are included so that guests can enjoy al fresco dining, as well as sunbeds for lazing in the garden.
The lovely Lac Vert is only 10 minutes away for swimming and fishing, and our local village Lavercantière has a swimming pool and tennis courts.
Step out the door and walk the many tracks in the valley or woods, or cycle on the roads.
The many tourist attractions of the Lot and Dordogne, including canoeing, caves, river swimming, sightseeing, even ballooning for the more adventurous, are just a short drive away.
The old town of Gourdon is only 20 minutes away and has excellent supermarkets and boulangeries, as well as several restaurants.
The beautiful Medieval city of Cahors has everything, from restaurants, shops and supermarkets to museums, gardens and plenty of sightseeing.
Being in the heart of one of the main wine regions of France, a day out wine tasting is always popular.
You can take your pick of wonderful local markets through the week, from Cazals on Sundays to Gourdon or Cahors on Saturdays
