Our family ski apartment is well equipped and very comfortable. It can accommodate up to 8 guests and offers ski in/ ski out. It has been rated three stars and is fully registered with the local tourist office.

The property comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, 1 set of bunk beds and 2 single beds in the second bedroom and a twin sofa bed in the lounge. Towels and bed linen can be supplied (with a surcharge) The property is brightly decorated throughout, complete with great quality furniture. 

Other features include a dishwasher; wide screen HD TVs with FreeSat and DVD (UK and French TV) in lounge and bedrooms, WiFi available (at small supplement). There is also a ski locker for added storage, as well as a washing machine and tumble drier and heated boot rack (so lovely warm and dry boots in the mornings!)

It is wonderful all year round, with endless activities during Summer and Winter.

The location could not be more perfect, as the property is situated in a private apartment block in Val Claret, Tignes, offering ski in/ski out to our guests. There is easy access to the lifts and ski school. (Ski schools meet less than 30 m away - very convenient for children). A choice of 6 lifts, in all directions is very close by. Shops and restaurants are 2 minutes walk away.

It is approximately 2 hours 30 mins from Lyon and Grenoble; 3 hours from Geneva (slightly less now since the opening of the new motorway link coming out of Geneva).

At 3,000m it is one of the highest resorts in the Alps - with over 130 pistes covering all abilities and 90 lifts. Val Claret is an excellent ski and snowboarding resort. We enjoy a very long ski season (beginning early December to May).  

FREE Sportignes Activity cards in the summer, with over 20 activities to choose from, including archery and sailing. This is a wonderful family holiday destination all year round. 

Val Claret is located right at the foot of the Grande Motte, at 3,450m high one of the highest in the Alps (you can summer ski here as well) Tignes is a short distance from Val d'Isere, a good days skiing across the valley. Tignes consists of several small villages all interconnected by many lifts and runs. Due to its altitude it is one of the first ski areas to get snow in the winter and the resort remains open all the way through until early May, with fantastic spring skiing. Tignes is a great family resort - providing a vast range of skiing for everyone from beginners through to the most advanced. With 20 green runs; 60 blue runs; 35 red runs and 16 black runs plus a wide variety of challenging off piste areas, the whole Espace Killy of over 10,000 hectares provides a superb skiing area for everyone. With a vertical drop of over 1,900 metres very few resorts can offer such a wide and comprehensive choice of skiing with over 300 km of runs.
