This beautifully renovated family farmhouse is set in the secluded grounds of Le Petit Manoir de Malbernat, with access to a large 11m x 5m pool, games room with pool table and expansive gardens. Comfortably sleeping 8 people in 3 upstairs bedrooms, it retains many original features including stunning oak beamed ceilings & a wooden staircase. 

On the ground floor, there is a bright open-plan living/dining area, complemented with comfy sofas, a log burner and a SMART TV with UK Freesat and DVD player. The spacious, well-equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking enthusiasts and comes with a large range cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and Senseo coffee machine. There is a large dining table for 8 people, making this is a sociable space for everyone to relax and enjoy.

The three upstairs bedrooms boast exposed stonework and traditional oak beams. A large family room sleeps 4 in one king bed and one bunk bed, and comes complete with walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with shower. There are two further bedrooms sharing a spacious second bathroom. The first comes with a king-sized bed and courtyard views, while the second has twin single beds and exposed stonework.

Outside, the patio doors open on to the secluded shared courtyard, where you can enjoy lunch on your own garden dining set under the shade of the Magnolia tree. The courtyard provides access to the large 11m x 5m shared swimming pool. The pool is set within a large garden and provides plenty of sun loungers, parasols and spaces to dine outside, overlooking the scenic countryside beyond. There is a large, grassed area providing plenty of space to enjoy outdoor games such as football, badminton, rounders, as well as a Boules area, swings and a full-sized table tennis table.

The games room has a pool table, as well as a wide selection of games, books and children's toys. The local wildlife regularly spotted include red squirrels, deer, bats and lizards, as well as many species of birds including birds of prey all making the location a haven for nature lovers. The warm, clear nights give a spectacular view of the star constellations which adds to the overall tranquillity found at Malbernat.
