Apartment just after renovation although building is not new, nicely decorated, clean, all conditions were like described on website, full kitchen and cleaning equipment available, own parking place in basement! Only small minus as bedroom in anteroom. Owner and property manager very nice and helpful. Building, swimming pool and sunbeds available only for residents, bakery and shops just next buildings. Many attractions like Lunapark, Aqualand, sport activities, boats, 2 wide clean beaches about 2km.
