Beautifully renovated Agde holiday apartment located on the harbour in a beautiful residence including a reception, a large swimming pool, solarium, petanque, laundry facilities. The apartment also includes a large garage in the basement that can accommodate more bicycles.
It is well located with all shops and the beach nearby and therefore you do not require a car.

- Beautiful living room with a sofa bed (140x200).
- A tub chair and ottoman, coffee table with wheels,
- Two beautiful cabinets, a table and four chairs.
- A flat-screen TV, a dishwasher, a microwave.
- A grill, a Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, waffle maker, grill, fridge-freezer and enough crockery for 4 people.
- A south facing balcony with a table, two chairs and two chairs.
The apartment is non smoking and pets are not permitted exceptions.
The apartment can be rented per night: 90 euros - except during July and August.
Possibility to rent sheets, household linen, cot, high chair, baby bath.
