"The BFH was a huge success and we had the most fantastic time staying in your beautiful chateau. It's true to say that from the moment we first put you on our fact-finding mission, we were totally confident and sure that it was the right place and that you were the right people to help us make it the special event it was. It sounds too formal to use the term "customer service" but the way you welcomed us and dealt with all the guests and our needs was perfect. We all felt so comfortable and at home (if only...!!) and that was thanks to you. It was a great team effort, with the input from your various local contacts including the catering and the outdoor activities, and also the way you worked seamlessly with the Wonderland group.
