For example: kitchen: very old "Indesit" fridge full of frost with a door that closes very poorly (instead of "large American-style fridge/freezer with cold water dispenser and ice maker"!), old oven (instead of "Smeg electric oven"), bathroom supposedly completely renovated with a normal shower cubicle instead of a "large shower", tiny toilet sink instead of "2 sinks", no towel warmer or washing machine as indicated.
