Charming one bedroom Normandy gite rental situated in a tranquil location just 5 km's from the village of Tinchebray. The gite makes the perfect base for up to 2 guests wishing to explore this beautiful region of France.
La Cidreraie is available to rent all year round and comprises of an open plan kitchen/lounge area with traditional French windows which look out over the well maintained lawn and fruit trees. The kitchen is equipped with gas stove, microwave, kettle, iron and all necessary modern conveniences. Wooden stairs give access to the charming, mezzanine bedroom which features a double bed and an en-suite shower and toilet.
Guests of this pretty cottage can choose to sit outside and enjoy the sun on the south-facing patio area with table and chairs and for fans of Al fresco cooking, there is a BBQ available to use.
The wonderful sandy beaches at Jullouville and Carolles can be reached in a little over an hour, as can Granville which boasts some of the best seafood restaurants in France. There is a wonderful golf course at Lac du Dathee near Vire and it is just 20 minutes from the cottage. Other activities include fishing, cycling, walking and exploring the numerous historical villages and their lively weekly markets. In fact there are so many activities and attractions in the local area the only question you will be asking is why you didn't book one of ou lovely normandy gites for longer.
