Le Moulin de la Brande is a farm house and two accompanying cottages, all of which have been newly and sympathetically renovated. The two cottages, Glycine and Mimosa, are respectively a three bedroom and a four bedroom property being offered to let for the first time this summer. Both houses are fully equipped and offer satellite TV and WiFi. The two cottages also have access to an outdoor swimming pool measuring 11 metres by 6 metres.

The properties sit in grounds of approximately two acres, amidst walnut groves, and are situated between the villages of St. Andre de Lidon and Cozes in the department of Charente Maritime in France. As the name of property suggests there is a non working mill tower in the grounds.
The houses are located within a 20 minute drive of the beautiful sandy, child friendly beaches of St.George de Didonne and Royan.

Our houses are located in the country side between the towns of Gemozac and Cozes. They are only a 15 minute drive from the extensive sandy beaches of Royan and St. Georges de Didonnes and the smaller more intimate coves of the Gironde Estuary. The region has its own micro climate (due to the effects of the Gulf Stream) and as a result receives the second highest number of sunshine hours of any region of France. This gives us an extended season from April-May through to October.

Special Rental Conditions
The security deposit of £150 for every week or part week of the rental period is required in case of damage to the Property and its contents. However the sum reserved in this clause shall not limit the Client’s liability to the Owners. The Owners will account to the Client for the security deposit and refund the balance due within two weeks after the rental period. Any breakages during the rental period shall be accounted for by the Owners and deducted from this security deposit. Please report any breakages immediately to the Owners’ manager. This makes it easier when checking inventories.
