As a 3 generation family of 11 people we spent 8 wonderful days in beautiful Seillans. With plenty of space indoor (including 3 bathrooms!) and outdoor (including a lovely swimmingpool!), the manor was a perfect housing for us. Very well equipped, well maintained and extremely charming we fell in love with the house and the garden. The house provides good cooking opportunites if you want to cook at home and has spacely dining areas outside as well as inside. Nice restaurants in the neighboorhood made dining out easy as well, as we had walking distance . We also had excellent meals in other nearby villages.
Seillanse is in a perfect place for exploring the area so wether you want to visit the coast or the charming villages in Provence, all is within a short daytrip (approximately 40 minutes to the sea). We combined trips a.o to Antibes, Gordes de Verdon and St Tropez with some relaxing days in the calm village of Seillans and in "our own" garden, making our holiday a perfect one! The area is also nice for walking and jogging as the surrounding area is really beautiful.
We would love to come back and would certainly recommand this lovely manor to anyone who would like a relaxing holiday in this area full of charm and history!

This is the 3rd year staying at this remarkable property. (I am booked for the next two years also), I need a large villa for my culinary tours as a base and this villa fits the bill! Everything mentioned in the listing is correct! The village where it is is so quaint and small.. You feel like part of the community in fact! The views from the rooms are breathtaking. One side you get the village with the towering church (Bells to wake you up at 8am!) to the other side your view is the valley.
Had a wonderful stay with the family in this beautiful house. It has all the facilities to house a number of families, great location to the local village and surrounding towns and cities. Spent a day in Monaco which was a about an hours drive away and had a day on the sea, superb. The local vineyards are a pleasure to visit and the vineyard owners extremely friendly and accommodating. The owners made sure our stay went without hitch. I hope we get the chance to go back soon, to visit of the hills and seaside towns. Wonderful, wonderful holiday.
This was our third visit and it was every bit as good as remembered. This time we came with two other families with children 16 to 23. Everyone had a terrific stay, enjoying the peace of the house and village, and only slightly less peaceful outings to Faience for the Tuesday market, and every day for a walk from the village. Super U provided all our cooking needs, the village boulangerie perfect for morning croissants and the restaurant across the road could not be a more lovely setting. We did miss the bottom of the hill bar and were sad for them that the village cannot support a second bar. It seems astonishing that such a beautiful village is not swarming with thirsty tourists, but at the same time, mostly it's a relief that it's not.
Friends and I stayed at this wonderful property - perfect for exploring the area (up to the local mountains, surrounding hilltop villages, Grasse, Antibes. Fully equipped kitchen, great BBQ area (we had birthday steak and veg), and plenty of room to spread out and enjoy ourselves. I think the terrace off of the family room was the best place to enjoy our dinners, though the loungers around the pool were a close second! Each couple had their own bedroom/bathroom floor (nice!) We went to a couple of the local restaurants in the area (Chez Hugo for drinks and the one right across the street from us for dinner. Both were terrific!!) Love the bells chiming during the day and to see the locals play bocce ball at night. This was our second year to the property and I hope to be there again next year.
