The nature of my visit was a five day yoga retreat organized by a good friend of mine, with fine meals and outings to historical sites and restaurants included. Everything was delightful. My room was spacious and designed for good rest. The space devoted to yoga and meditation was also spacious and accommodating. The pool was warm and well placed to capture the afternoon sun. Walking the grounds and the road to the medieval village of Moirax was a good way to burn off calories and to absorb the wonderful beauty of this part of the south of France. With all the comforts of exceptional hospitality and natural beauty, the retreat was an absolute joy and success.

Such a beautiful and peaceful place! We stayed at Château de Lassalle for one week with our family of 19 people - plenty of activities to do at the château and the surroundings. We frequented the pool daily due to the heat and loved the different common spaces which are perfect for a big group. The rooms are quite cool due to the old, thick walls so the heat wasn’t a problem during the night.
Sassan & Christina are professional and absolutely lovely hosts - their passion and love for their property is visible everywhere.
Sassan is always available and helpful and we felt well taken care of the whole time.
We’d love to come back again!

We hosted a retreat here and this property is absolutely incredible. The pictures don’t do it justice— it will make your jaw drop the first time you enter through the gates and walk around this incredible chateau and its grounds. The owners, Sassan and Christina were truly incredible at helping us connect with amazing local chefs, helping us plan excursions and providing us with a spectacular yoga studio and crafting space for our retreat guests. The rooms are beautiful and everything in the chateau has been lovingly renovated so it’s very comfortable and modern, while also retaining its original charm. The pool is FABULOUS— you’re going to want to spend every day there! We were very impressed by how clean it was, considering the gigantic space and the fact that it’s in the countryside. Everything about our stay was perfect, and we will be hosting more retreats at the chateau in the future. I HIGHLY recommend staying here or hosting your own retreat— it was the ideal space for it and you’ll have memories that will last a lifetime!

We had an amazing trip to the Chateau de LaSalle. Sassan and Christina were phenomenal hosts, very welcoming and accommodating, showing us where to go in the valley, from small villages to open air markets and everywhere in between. Their caterer is amazing and the food/wine was delicious. We can’t wait to be able to have another adventure in the south of France at this lovely Chateau.

We had a lovely stay at Christina & Sassan’s chateau. Our group was fairly large so we took up a good portion of the rooms. The layout was perfect, we had the common areas (kitchen, outdoor patio, pool, parlor) to hang out, but also spacious bedrooms that were spread out so we could retreat to our own space as needed. It was the perfect combination for a wonderful trip. Highly recommend Sassan’s authentic Persian dinner, it was fabulous! Recommendations for places to go, things to do, places to eat, were spot on. Even including a small local village gathering/party that we would never have known about and enjoyed so much. 5 Stars!!!

It’s hard to know where to begin—the entire experience was extraordinary. The chateau was stunning, with an elegance and tranquility that made it the perfect retreat. We indulged in catered meals on a few days, and Sassan treated us to a remarkable Persian dinner that everyone raved about. We even dined at a nearby Michelin-starred restaurant, which was beyond a highlight.

Between the unforgettable meals and our adventures through Bordeaux, Toulouse, and Agen, every moment felt special. By the end, the consensus was clear: we have to do this again next year.
