Set within eight hectares of peaceful countryside in southwest France, this refined 18th-century estate provides an exceptional setting for large gatherings, retreats, conferences, or special celebrations. Offering complete privacy, the property is a self-contained haven centred around the main château, which features fifteen ensuite bedrooms.
Inside, guests will find a beautifully restored grand salon with a spacious kitchen and dining area, alongside a separate formal dining room and an elegant sitting room. There is also a games room equipped with a billiard table and smart TV, creating spaces for both relaxation and entertainment.
The outdoor areas are equally impressive. A heated swimming pool is complemented by a nearby summer kitchen, while the surrounding grounds include a private wooded park and a versatile indoor-outdoor orangerie designed for hosting large events. Multiple conference areas and a fully equipped professional kitchen make the estate especially well suited to catered functions. Additional accommodation is available in a charming one-bedroom apartment within the pigeonnier, as well as two independent ensuite bedrooms in one of the outbuildings.
Although the estate feels secluded, it is conveniently located just fifteen minutes from Agen—the lively capital of Lot-et-Garonne—as well as its train station. Major roads, shops, and essential amenities are all within easy reach.
Rooms & Suites
The château can be rented exclusively, offering up to fifteen generously sized ensuite bedrooms, each with its own character and views over the rolling countryside. Further sleeping options are available in the separate pigeonnier apartment and two additional suites in nearby outbuildings. All rooms are thoughtfully equipped with high-quality bedding, fresh linens, bath towels, hand soap, hair dryers, and fans to ensure a comfortable stay.
Shared Spaces
The heart of the home is the recently renovated grand salon, which combines a large kitchen and dining area and opens onto an outdoor terrace. Here, guests can enjoy a gas barbecue, comfortable seating, and a covered space for alfresco meals. The château also includes a formal dining room, an elegant sitting room, a secondary kitchen, and a games room with a billiard table and smart TV.
Tucked away, a set of steps leads to a sun-filled terrace where guests will find a heated swimming pool. This area also features a newly installed summer kitchen with a plancha grill, a pool house with showers and toilets, and a selection of loungers, parasols, and tables for relaxing by the water.
Group Stays
Whether booking a smaller number of rooms or the full estate, guests are guaranteed exclusive use and complete privacy. It’s an opportunity to gather friends and family and experience life as the host of your own château, surrounded by the beauty of the French countryside.
Retreats & Conferences
This estate offers an inspiring alternative to traditional venues, making it ideal for team events, workshops, or retreats. With flexible indoor and outdoor spaces, it supports collaboration, creativity, and relaxation. Catering services and event equipment can also be arranged to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Wellness Retreats
The Château regularly hosts yoga and wellness retreats designed to help guests unwind and recharge. With fifteen comfortable ensuite bedrooms, a heated pool, sweeping countryside views, and adaptable spaces for movement, meditation, and workshops, each retreat offers a carefully curated balance of relaxation and personal development in a serene rural setting.
Location
The estate and its outbuildings are set within eight hectares of private land, just 10 minutes from Boé and 15 minutes from Agen. Ideally positioned between Bordeaux (approximately 90 miles away) and Toulouse (around 70 miles), the area is easily accessible by motorway and high-speed TGV train.
Just five minutes away are the charming villages of Moirax and Laplume. Moirax is known for its historic Cluniac abbey dating back to the 11th century, while Laplume sits atop a hill offering sweeping views toward the Gers region. The surrounding area is dotted with picturesque villages well worth exploring, including Lectoure, La Romieu, Nérac, Fourcès, Condom, and Montréal.
