Brand new villa comprising 3 bedrooms and accommodating up to 6 people. It offers a private pool and a lovely 2,800-sq.m garden. It faces south and west and is set among vineyards, oaks, and pinewoods.
The 90-sq.m natural stone pool area surrounds the 4 x 8-m swimming pool itself and the covered terrace enjoys shelter from the wind, making it ideal for relaxing. You can find a boules court. There is a car park.
We are 30 minutes away from Lavandou and Hyeres. Saint-Tropez is an hour away to the east, the Calanques of Cassis to the west, and Porquerolles Island to the south. We are less than half an hour from four golf courses.

We are a kilometre from Cuers train station that runs on the regional Toulon-Les Arcs line. The Toulon-Hyères motorway provides flights to Paris, London, Brussels, and Rotterdam-Amsterdam. It is located in the heart of the French Riviera, near the Maures Massif and Hyères Islands. We invite you to come and spend idyllic holidays in this peaceful location. It offers views of the country vines, olive trees, and the foothills of Maures. These elevations are dotted with pines and garrigue.
