Chalet Shufu has an ideal location in the massive 'Portes du Soleil' ski area. This purpose-built ski chalet is close to Morzine, Avoriaz and Les Gets, an easy walk to the village resort centre of St. Jean d'Aulps and only just over 1 hour from Geneva in the French Alps.

The Portes du Soleil has an excellent snow record with lots of everything for everyone; from the very gentlest of beginners runs (just 5 minutes from the chalet here in St Jean d'Aulps) to world cup downhill courses and the infamous 'Wall' in Les Crosets.
In addition to the 650km of piste, there are board parks, half-pipes, plenty of off-piste and numerous bars/restaurants to keep you going!
As soon as possible after arrival at Chalet Shufu we take you to get skiing or snowboarding equipment at a hire-shop with good gear at very competitive rates, see www.skiflash.fr
An English-speaking Instructor visits the chalet on your arrival evening to discuss lessons whenever necessary.
Every morning our minibus sets out to whichever lift you’d like to start from and picks you up again at either a pre-arranged time or upon a call from your mobile.
Summer activities include:
swimming, fishing, whitewater rafting/kayaking, canyoning, golf, tennis, hot air ballooning, summer sledging, mountainboarding, horse riding, donkey, trekking, rock climbing, paragliding, wake-boarding and of course - sunbathing
