Le Bousquet is located off a quiet road leading up to the village of Lostange, featuring a fully enclosed garden with stunning salt-water heated pool. The south facing balcony offers spectacular views over the countryside below. The village of Le Pescher, 4km down the hill in the valley of the Sourdoire has a small bar/bistro and ‘depot du pain’, while you are just 10km from either Beaulieu sur Dordogne or Collonges la Rouges/Meyssac.

On the ground floor, there is a dining area with seating for 8 and a spacious fitted kitchen with kitchen island and breakfast bar, a 5 burner induction hob & two ovens, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle & toaster. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils for your use, with cooking items including pans, baking equipment & casseroles.
From the kitchen and dining area there are doors leading out to a south-facing raised terrace with dining table and seating overlooking the pool and garden with far reaching views of the surrounding countryside.
2 ensuite bedrooms, one with king sized double bed and a single bed, the other with a a zip-link superking-size double bed that can also be configured as 2 singles.

Lower Ground Floor

On the lower ground floor, there is an open-plan family room with sofas and a 42″ UHD LED SMART TV with English Freeview TV channels via satellite and french tnt channels, and a DVD player.
There is a summer kitchenette to complement the outside side terrace complete with electric hob, combination microwave oven, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. There is a games area with a games table and a selection of exercise equipment including exercise cycle, rowing machine and weights. There is also a toilet easily accessible from the pool and covered seating area under the raised deck.

Lower Ground Floor

The cinema room has a 65” UHD LED SMART TV with English Freeview TV channels via satellite and french tnt channels, together with a DVD player and surround sound system. There is comfortable seating for 8 on three generous sofas.

There are a large selection of DVD’s, books & games, an internet radio providing access to worldwide stations and music systems with an iPod dock and bluetooth interface.

A washing machine, dryer, clothes airers, rotary line, iron and ironing board are also provided.

The master suite is on the basement level with French doors overlooking the pool and has a king-size bed, sofa, walk thru wardrobe and en-suite shower room

Garden and pool
Outside there is a fully enclosed garden with stunning salt-water heated pool (available for bookings from June to mid-September), south facing raised terrace with dining table. Under the deck is a covered seating area with outside furniture, coffee table and a gas BBQ. At the side of the house is a west facing patio with dining table seating 8 and access to the kitchenette. Parasols and sun loungers are also provided

There is ample parking for up to 3 cars on the drive.

The property has external security cameras which are used when the cottage is unoccupied. One of the cameras covers the rear of the cottage and has coverage of the swimming pool however this camera is turned away and not used during periods when there are guests at the property.
