Chalet Services offers provides several charming chalets for rental in Valfréjus, Maurienne Valley-Savoie in the French Alps, on the Italian border.
Each chalet is decorated in a different style and can comfortably accommodate 8 to 12 people all year round. Our aim is to make sure you feel at home.
All chalets are located near the ski lifts and the centre of the resort.
LA CARLINE: The chalet, built in 2010, is the summit of enjoying a relaxing stay in a spacious surrounding. With up to 12 people, you will appreciate the extremely comfortable, modern equipments and the breathtaking views. La Carline is the guarantee of a great holiday !
La Carline is located at the entrance of the Valfrejus ski resort. The first chairlift is situated only 250m away (Charmasson lift & piste). Acces by ski, home to the chalet, is 100m away. The Charmasson piste is equipped with snow canons so you can ski down until the end of the winter season. The village center of Valfréjus is aprox. 400m from the chalet.
GROUND FLOOR :
A large entrance hall with a sitting area, mirror, storage space to prepare yourself for going off to ski.
Storage room for skis, snowboards or bikes. Ski/snowboard-bootdryer. Washing machine and dryer.
1 bedroom with 2 x single beds (sleeps 2), bath room, shower and sink.
1 bedroom with 2 x 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4) with bathroom, bath, sink and WC.

FIRST FLOOR :
2 bedrooms each with 2 x single beds (sleeps 2 +2) with bathroom, shower and sink.

SECOND FLOOR :
Large, spacious living room with open kitchen, dining area, lounge area with Scandinavian stove and TV corner with flat screen. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge and freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob and extractor hood.
Large equipped balcony, west facing, with stunning view onto the Vanoise massif and the Chavière glacier.
This contemporary and stylishly decorated mountain demeure is an ideal setting for a positively unforgettable holiday with a maximum of living space and comfort for all residents. Wifi and 3 private parking places, next to the chalet, are included.

Electric underfloor heating, a large basket of firewood for the stove is delivered on arrival. The chalet is fully furnished and equipped with all the necessary equipment as cooking utensils, crockery and glassware. You will also find: an electric coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, an electric mixer, a toaster, a vacuum cleaner, an iron and ironing board, board games, an MP3 docking station, DVD player, two hairdryers, 2 fondue sets, 2 raclette/gourmet appliances.
All beds are comfortable and equipped with duvets and pillows. There is a small supply of DVDs, reading and comic books. On demand we also can provide a baby cot and high-chair. Pets on request.

Special Rental Conditions
Breakfast, possibility of booking (price on request).
Deposit: 750 € to be handed over when the keys are handed over and to be returned after the state of exit. In case of deterioration, the tenant must report any anomaly before departure. The damage assessment will be done on site and deducted from the deposit.
