A beautifully refurbished countryside farmhouse secluded within 12 acres of rural landscape, yet conveniently within walking distance of a charming medieval village. La Fleur de Puy features an exclusive swimming pool, premium furnishings, and alfresco dining on its two private terraces.
Just outside of the village Puy L'Évêque in the Department of Lot, La Fleur de Puy offers family friendly accommodation for up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, with an exclusive swimming pool.

The gite is situated on the upper floors of a rustic farmhouse and has been carefully restored to highlight its authentic charm. The gite is self-contained and blocked off from the ground floor where the owners used to live. The ground floor is no longer being used, so you have plenty of privacy during your stay.  Premium fittings and furnishings complement the original features of the farmhouse beautifully.  Pets are permitted with prior consent with the owners, and parking is free on the premises.

The living area provides private access to both the front and rear terraces where you can enjoy entertainment on a large LCD television featuring English Freeview channels. Wifi is also available.

The kitchen features modern appliances but maintains a cozy country ambiance with oak countertops and a large butler sink. It includes an oven and a child-safe induction hob, microwave, drinks fridge, fridge-freezer and washing machine. The kitchen opens onto the sunny, south-facing terrace.

The sleeping accommodation are distributed across 3 bedrooms. On the first floor a spacious double, and in the attic conversion a twin bedroom (an ante room) that leads to a Master double bedroom. The twin beds can also be made up as a King-size. A cot and high chair are available.

A modern shower room and toilet adjoin the attic bedrooms. A bath / shower room is located on the first floor, featuring an elegant freestanding bathtub and a spacious walk-in shower.

Outside :

The exclusive 10 x 5m swimming pool is surrounded by a large wooden deck terrace complementing the natural surroundings. Equipped with comfortable sun loungers and parasols, the deck has fabulous views of the surrounding valley. The pool is equipped with a security alarm, ensuring peace of mind.

Unwind and soak in the tranquility of the surroundings in one of the many outside seating areas. Enjoy alfresco dining on your choice of two private terraces. A barbecue is also available.

La Fleur de Puy is located just outside of the medieval village of Puy L'Évêque, which sits at the neck of a long loop of the Lot River in Quercy between Fumel and Cahors.
