A private, light and airy apartment with its all conveniences and a few minutes' walk from the centre of the small town Le Soler, yet in a very quiet area. It is ideally situated just a 6min train ride or 15min bus ride away from Perpignan, 20 minutes drive from the beach and 1hr bus ride to the nearest ski resort of St Pierre del Focats.
This quiet and private apartment is very well equipped for self-catering and is very comfortable with a dishwasher and a washing machine! A sofa bed has been added.
There is a small book and DVD library available. Maps of the local area are also available with a view of the area.
There is a bath with (very powerful!) Shower and a separate toilet.
A small supply of seasoned wood is available to us if we wish to use the fire, but we do not expect it to be possible otherwise.
There are adult bicycles stored in the garage for use by our guests.
The property is not wheelchair-friendly as there are two steps to the house. There are also steps up to the terrace.
For those with mobility issues, there is a need for wheelchair access.
The apartment is strictly no-smoking, but we are happy to welcome you to the hotel.
We politely ask our guests to eat in the bedroom.
