This house was perfect for our needs and preferences. We stayed here with our three children for two weeks in the summer of 2014. First of all, Bargemon is a lovely little town with just the right amount of restaurants, vacationers (mostly British and Scandinavian) and even some small museums. It is quiet, far away from the tourist hordes on the Coast, yet not "dead". And they like to party - every few day Bargemon seemed to find a reason why dancing in the central square was called for.

The small public pool is about 75 meters from the house. The entrance fee is just over one Euro per kid if you buy 10 tickets at a time. You only need one ticket for the day and can leave and come back during the day as often as you want. If you just want to hang out on the lawn and not go into the water, you do not have to pay.

The house has three floors. Downstairs is the entranceway/hallway with one bedroom with a queen size bed. Two of our kids slept there.

One flight up is the living room and the master bedroom. The couch in the living room is a pull-out, so the room acted as bedroom for kid No. 3 / playroom.

Furthermore, there is the Master Bedroom and the Master Bath with Toilet, Sink, Shower and Washing Machine. No dryer, but a drying rack. An unusual thing about the master bedroom/Master bath is that there is no door between the bedroom and the bathroom ... so if you need privacy, you'll probably opt for the toilet upstairs on the 3rd Floor!

The 3rd Floor has the dining room+kitchen, a bathroom (sink, shower) and a separate toilet. This one has a door. :-)

Also on the third floor are two wonderful balconies, a small one off the kitchen facing the mountains and a bigger one in the front facing the Place (no, not the main place with all the restaurants... this one acts as a parking lot. Not so bad, though. Sitting there is really, really nice anyway.)

The house is not within the ramparts of ancient Bargemon, but just outside them. Which is good because you can drive your car right up to the front door to unload. Most of the time we found a parking spot in the Place out front, and if not, we parked it by the pool just a few steps away.

The house was very clean, and the customer service phantastic. Whenever I e-mailed the owner with some question, he got back to me within minutes. Thank you Finn and thank you Bargemon - I'd recommend this house to anyone!

We had a great week in this charming townhouse in the heart of Bargemon. Our daughter at 18 stayed had the room in the ground floor all to her self and our boy at 13 used the TV room as his place. We all enjoyed the space and also spent many hours on the two balconies. We did some daytrips to Cannes, Saint Tropez and George Du verdant. The square in the city center is very charming and there is a lot of good restaurants in Bargemon. All in all a great peace to stay and we will definitely be back.

The house was perfect. Gently renovated in a very charming way. The house stays cool during the hot summer (up to 30 dg. C). We enjoyed having our breakfast and dinner at the balcony facing the town square. When you have two kids at 12 and 18 it's nice with two bathrooms. Also the washing machine came in handy so we didn't have to bring a lot of clothes. Bargemon is a very charming town with great restaurants and the nature is just outstanding. We will be back :)

The house is very stylish, well equipped and clean—you definitely feel comfortable in this house. The house worked very well for a family with two small children. The stairs was no problem because we stayed most of the time on the second floor—where you have everything. The house is placed central in Bargemon and in working distance to everything. The owners are very friendly, fair in every way, and easy to get in touch with.

We had a perfect 4-week vacation in this house.

The proprety was very clean and in good shape. We were missing a clothe hanger in the room downstairs and the hanging dryer was in bad condition.

Listing description was accurate to description and very helpful.

We appreciated the owner's comprehension whitch was to our convenience.

Without any hesitation, we would reccomand this property to a friend or relative.

It is a great environment for cycling and hiking.

We particularly appreciated the Bistro bar in the village. R?mi is the owner and he provided us with very good information about cycling routes and commodities in the area.

We are family with two children (10 +15) that the last three years have rented apartment 13 Place Moreri in Bargemon with great pleasure apartment is very cozy and personal with nice rooms, beautiful renovated kitchen / bedroom, two terraces with city to the one side and the mountain to the other, and enough space to which fine may be 1-2 people more.

Bargemon is a perfect starting point for a Provence holiday that both should contain picturesque mountain villages, beach trips to the C?te d'Azur coastline, breathtaking scenery and relaxing in pleasant surroundings with 50 meters to a very nice swimming pool.

We highly recommend Bargemon apartment.

The property was found exactly as described and we couldn't have wished for a more convenient location in the square near to all of the facilities. The house was immaculately presented and very much a home from home.

Bargemon is a picturesque little medieval town with a busy town square with restaurants and a bar where you can sit and watch the people go by.

We had a lovely meal at the Taverna where I would recommend the assiette gourmande for dessert.

I would recommend this property for adults who would be interested in the history, culture and landscape of the surrounding area.

We enjoyed our summer holiday in this old beautiful townhouse central of the Bargemon.

The house has a wonderful atmosphere. It was clean and has all the necessary equipment for a family.

Bargemon is a picturesque village with friendly people - nearby vine- and olivesyards and less than an hour from the Riviera.

Close to the house is a nice public outdoor swimming pool.

We warmly recommend the house to other families who love Provence.

(Just be aware that the house has a lot of stairs)

From the exterior pictures I wasn't sure what to expect from this holiday accommodation which appeared good value for money. The photos are very accurate so I wasn't disappointed. Ideally located in a beautiful mountain village with views across the local square and mountains itwas a 2 minute walk to a clean, well supervised pool. The townhouse was extremely comfortable and felt like home from home. It was spotlessly clean and the refurbished bathroom complete with washing machine was wonderful. We were a family of 3 and this was the ideal place for us to explore the local area. The clue is in the name - town house so there are a lot of stairs so this might not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. There is a great hallway which is massive so we were able to store 4 bikes and our bike rack securely with no problems. You are about a 45 min- 1hr trip to the beach or Gorde du Verdom so be prepared for a bit of driving but there are plenty of cafes stops along the way. This is the first time I've used Owners Direct but Finn has given me confidence to go again with his rapid responses to emails and payment and he couldnt do enough with suggestions and advice on the local area. Definately worth the full 5 stars.
