This stunning holiday property is located within easy drive to beautiful beaches, historic landmarks, the Gorges du Verdon and many beautiful lakes.

It can accommodate up to 5 guests spaciously. The property is situated in the centre of the charming village of Bargemon.

The house is on 3 levels and has 2 terraces. There are 2 bedrooms plus a sofa bed. 

ACCOMMODATION::

Ground floor: Charming hall, 1 bedroom, stairs to the 'old' cave (not accessible to guests).

First floor: Sitting room with open fireplace. 1 bedroom and a completely refurbished bathroom with WC.

Second floor: open-plan kitchen with balcony facing the mountains, living room with fireplace and large south-facing balcony. Separate bathroom and WC. 

The property is fully equipped and furnished with modern fixtures and amenities including satellite TV, DVD player, internet (Wifi), a washing machine, tumble dryer, fireplace and electric heating.

Outside, guests can enjoy the open terrace and balcony which face onto the mountains and have sunshine for most of the day. There is also a shared pool which is located just 100 metres from the house and can be reached within less than 1 minute's walk. It is heated and has a life guard. It also boasts a childrens' pool. Admission fee applicable. Discount for children.

The property is centrally located and within walking distance to restaurants, supermarket, a butcher, bakers, pizzeria and cafes. 

The property is located close to the beaches of Frejus, Saint Maxime and Saint Tropez. It is also just a short drive to many beautiful lakes with great swimming opportunities including Lac de Castillon, Lac de Sainte-Croix, and Lac d'Esparron-Gréoux to mention some.

Additionally, it is just a 40 minute drive to the famous Gorges du Verdon (Grand Canyon du Verdon), a river canyon considered to be Europe's most beautiful. Being close to the French Riviera, the canyon is very popular with tourists. Visitors have the option to drive around its' rim, rent kayaks or hike. The limestone walls, which are several hundreds of metres high, attract many rock climbers.

Bargemon attracts famous scientists, alchemists, poets and artists with all the rich history it has to discover. Strolling through the old village, you will be charmed by the narrow streets and the little village squares each boasting its own fountain with water as pure as any found in France.
