A beautiful living room with a spacious living room (TV, Wifi) and a dining room for 8+ people.
An open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, and induction hob, fridge with freezer and freezer (table model).
Two bathrooms (shower and bath) – (toilet and shower).
A separate toilet.
The exterior consists of:
A secure swimming pool (10 out of 4) secured & sun loungers and garden pavilion
A lounge
A covered terrace (bench and table)
A terrace with awning (table 10 chairs)
A large fenced area with electrically controlled entrance gate

The pool is maintained by us (frequent visits)

Upon signing the contract 50% of the total amount will be charged.
Balance due 15 days before start of renta
From Saturday (4.00 pm) to Saturday (10.00 am), from May to October.
