Les Huguets Gîte - Apartment or Chalet Rental with Pool in Frayssinet, Lot, France

Situated high on the edge of the Massif Central, in the Bouriane & next to the Quercy National Park.
A most beautiful area of the Northern Lot.
Les Huguets is a hamlet situated in a ‘très calme’ secluded countryside location. The area is virtually car free with many green lanes. Pets are welcome.
Within easy reach of the leisure facilities of the Lot, Célé & Dordogne valleys by quiet peaceful roads.
Surrounded by beautiful villages St.Germain-du-Bel-Air, St.Martin-de-Vers.
The Market towns of Gourdon, Salviac & Labastide-Murat are within easy reach and the bastide town of Domme & the 'city in a cliff' of Rocamadour are close by. The fortified city of Cahors & Figeac with its ancient buildings are only a 1/2 hr drive away.

Les Huguets consists of a single unit of a Chalet or Apartment and additional Studio, according to season. We only book one family/group at a time. Use of the private pool is included & WiFi Internet.

The English owners Mike & Dorrie Norris live in the main house.

The Chalet (availability May - September) is secluded and peaceful facing South West and has extensive views of the Bouriane. It has its own private driveway and is ideal for a couple or will sleep up to 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children.
There is a double bedded room and a small bedroom with 1 or 2 beds, as required.

There is also an air-conditioned living area with a comprehensive Video/Music network. A fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, cooker, oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine etc. (The village bakery is a few minutes walk away) A shower room and separate utility room with washing machine. WiFi Internet connection. Trolley Barbecue set. There is a large covered veranda facing the orchard.

The Apartment has a large living/dining area with a Sofa, Armchairs and a comprehensive video & music network.
A well equipped Kitchen/Dining area with hob, oven, grill, microwave & dishwasher. (The village bakery is just a few minutes walk away) It has a double bedded room with wardrobe and chest of drawers, sleeps 2 adults.
Both bedroom & living area have separate links to a shower room with toilet. WiFi Internet connection
Exterior access to a covered outdoor Eating/Barbecue area with an adjacent lawn and access to the swimming pool. A garage is available f.o.c. if needed.

Extra accommodation is available in the Studio which has a comprehensive video/music network.
A small equipped kitchen with fridge & microwave/grill. There is a large shower room with toilet.
Outside is a South facing dining/sitting area with lawn and lily pond.

A peaceful and secluded tiled swimming pool with Roman Steps, 10m x 5m, with 2m deep end, has the sun all day long, with shady areas in the garden. It has extensive views of the forests and valleys of the Bouriane to the South West.
